Parents and Families,
Registration for the 2021/2022 school year will begin on July 19th from 9:00am to 4:00pm in Gomez Gym and on July 20th at 9:00am to 4:00pm at Lybrook. Registration packets will be provided at the doors. Any incomplete packet may be filled out and returned before Friday, July 23rd. Incomplete packets may result in a delay in your student’s enrollment.
Be advised each family will need to fill out a new registration packet. The following will need to be provided in order to complete registration. Immunization record, medical plans (if applicable), Birth Certificate, Certificate of Indian Blood (if applicable), Guardianship paperwork (if applicable), updated address and phone numbers including emergency contacts.
If you have not returned your student’s device, please return the device, charger, and hotspot to avoid incurring charges and fees. New devices will be issued upon completion of registration.
