JEMEZ MOUNTAIN SCHOOLS PUBLIC NOTICE *DESTRUCTION OF SPECIAL EDUCATION STUDENT RECORDS*

Jemez Mountain Schools will be destroying Special Education records

starting on February 6, 2023 for all persons who graduated (or have not been

in the district for over 5 years) on or before the year May 2017. If you

would like a copy of your records visit www.jmsd.k12.nm.us  for more

information, send a request to PO Box 230 Gallina, NM  87017 Attn: Sped

Dept. or call 575.638.5491 before February 1, 2023.

Records will be purged 90 days after this notice.
