The Public Education Department is requiring that every school district in NM have a Policy in their handbooks on training requirements for all staff, addressing the Black Education Act.
The Policy will address non-discrimination and equal opportunity in relation to race, color religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, national origin, and disability.
