Not Going to Miss My Shot!” Presented by Dr. Melissa Mason

Many children have not been receiving routine health care during the pandemic and have fallen behind on their immunizations. What is being done to get kids caught up?
This virtual workshop will focus on how health care providers have had to become creative and more flexible in how they provide care and what is being done to safely bring kids and their families back into the office.
During the virtual workshop, find out about special education services. Learn about the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) process and being a part of the IEP team. Gather tools to make informed decisions and learn ways to build relationships through good communication.
We’re here to guide you through your best year yet!
As the summer comes to a close, families are preparing to send their children back to school. While this is certainly an exciting time, it can also be nerve-wracking for some families worrying about how their child will transition into the new environment. Parents Reaching Out is here to help support you and your family. Please feel free to give our office a call at 505-247-0192 to speak to one of our family liaisons about any of your concerns.
Come to our monthly family-to-family support group. Share your experiences parenting your child or grandchild with disabilities and connect with others who relate to your journey.
Te invitamos a nuestro grupo de apoyo familia-a-familia que ofrecemos cada mes. Comparta sus experiencias como padre o abuelo de su niño que tiene diferentes retos con otros padres que se pueden identificarse con su experiencia.
