This notice is to inform you we will move to remote learning for the week of January 18th through the 20th. Monday, January 17th is a holiday and no classes are scheduled. Classes will resume in-person on January 24th.
We are seeing a significant spike in COVID cases in our community and in our schools. Student and staff health and safety are our greatest priorities. JMSD Admin and Health Services feel now is the time to take a pause to allow cases to settle.
Please have your student log into Google Classroom at their normal school hours. Attendance is taken the first 10 min of class and students must remain logged in for the duration of the class session.
Meals will be delivered Tuesday through Thursday. Please have a box or cooler by your driveway or front door for drivers to place the meals. Food will be frozen for safe transportation.
Continue to monitor your child’s health. Contact your health care provider if your child develops symptoms of fever, fatigue, sore throat, constant headache, cough, or shortness of breath.
